What kind of services do 7Minds offer?

    Can you work with my existing design?

  • Depending on the quality of your current design (i.e. logo, business card design). We will do our best to incorporate your current design if we are able to.



    Can I get a proof?

  • Yes, all project proofs are provided and in some cases, they will have to be signed off before the final product is delivered.



     




    What payment methods are accepted?

  • Payments can be made via check, PayPal or cash in some cases. Please Contact Us for billing information.



    How does the billing process work?

  • Due to the nature of our work and creative process, clients are required to pay for services in the following structure:

  • Creative Services: The design charge (based on the project) must be paid before the start of the project. Any final charges must be paid upon delivery.

  • Web Services: Domains are to be paid for before registration. Web Hosting is billed in 1, 3, 6, or 12 month increments.

  • Web Design: Before the start of any web design services, the client and solutions expert will come to an applicable quote for the project. Once it has been agreed upon, the client is expected to pay half (50%) of the quote price plus an other applicable fees such as domain registration (If needed) and the first month of web hosting (If needed) prior to project start.


    Could there be a change in a quoted price?

  • Before your project begins, our solution experts review the outline and needs / wants of your project. From there based on the technical demands, time involvement and other factors; a quote is created. In some cases based on the client's needs or expectations, a quote may change either to reflect a change in overall costs or simply the quote may of expired.

    During a started project with an already established quote, the quoted price does not change unless the client has made specific changes that impact the project. These changes could increase or decrease the quoted price.


    Do you offer refunds?



    Digital Goods:
    All digital goods (i.e. web hosting, web design) are non-refundable as these are non-tangible items. Customers purchasing digital goods from 7Minds Creative Services understand that for these services, there is no refund offered. However if customer's have paid for hosting in advance and no longer wishes to remain hosting their website with us, a pro-rated refund can be offered for those services.

    Print & Tangible Goods:
    All tangible goods (i.e. print goods such as business cards, banners, etc) are subject to a refund if the actual product has not been sent to print. All customers are required to sign off their acceptance and approval of our final design prior being sent to print. If a product has not been sent to print, then the customer is subject to a refund for the price of the printed product. If the design has already been sent to print, then no refund is offered, however the customer will be allowed to keep the final printed product.

     




    How long does a website design take?

  • Each project has it's own time-frame. Before starting your project, one of our solution experts will review your ideas and plans and map them out into your design. From there a estimate of the time needed to complete your design will be given. However delays with your project's content, domain & hosting can impact the overall time frame.



    Can you provide Online Shopping Solutions?

  • Yes. Whether you're needing a simple small-scare order form for products, or a full website dedicated to online sales. We can do it all.



    I don't want to mess with the site, can you do it all?

  • Of course. Clients can request updates/changes to their project at anytime. We can handle everything so you don't have to get your hands "dirty" (so to speak).



    What about Domains & Hosting?

  • We don't mind using your current domains and or hosting. In some cares, your project expectations may not be a good fit with your current web host. In those cases, we will offer suggestions. However we also offer dedicated web hosting solutions as well as web site domains so in essence, we could be your "One-Stop" solution provider.



    What if I wanted to update the website myself?

  • As long as this expectation is made to us prior to designing your site, then it would be built into your website design. We encourage customers to fully explore their website and if they feel comfortable, then by all means we would love for you to play with your website.



    Who owns the domain exactly?

  • Whether you purchased it with another provider or directly from us, the website domain will always be yours. You are responsible for any fees incurred with the domain itself. But it will always be yours.



    Can you take my existing website and use it?

  • Depending on the nature of your current website, it may not be possible to "take over" and design / update with it. However we understand how certain clients and projects may require their existing website to stay intact and we will do everything within our power to use your current design.



    What about e-mails?

  • If you're using us as your hosting provider, then you'll get unlimited e-mail addresses with your domain (i.e. you@yourdomain.com). You'll be able to check your e-mail through pop3 e-mail client projects as well as online through your selected webmail program.
